Chris Yusuf brace gives MPFA U16s victory over Rahbam U16s in the Tsenba Wummen League
A Christopher Yusuf brace on the other side of each half and goals from Ahmed Musa and Sumfat Julius gave our U16 a comfortable 4-2 win over Rahbam FA U16s in a matchday 23 fixture in the Tsenba Wummen League.
In a match played at the NTA College field, coach of the side, Longji Mikuk made three changes from the last match with Tis Gyang, Emmanuel Ukeyima, and Shalom Anoo came into the lineup with a 4-4-2 setup.
The team caved out a lot of opportunities in the first half, with Musa getting a few, but the opposing Goalkeeper stood strong in between the sticks. However, Yusuf was able to break the deadlock with a fine strike in the 24th minute.

Quickfire headers from Musa and Julius kept us in a commanding position before the host got one back. Yusuf then headed one in with about 10mins to go. An injury to our goalkeeper, Moses Francis forced the hand of the coaches to call in Austin Adams to man the post, as he conceded one late on.
The team still remains top of the log with 67 points having scored 104 goals.
