Weekend Round-Up: MPFA U14s and U16s record emphatic victories on matchday 22 in the Tsenba Wummen League

Mees Palace Football Academy (MPFA) U14s and U16s were in inspired form over the weekend as they recorded empathic victories in their matchday 22 fixture in the Tsemba Wummen League.

On a rainy day in the city of Jos, a double brace by Ahmed Musa, a hat trick by Christopher Yusuf on the other side of a brace by Umar Bala were more than enough to tear apart Yard FC 9-1 to continue their unbeaten streak in the U16 league.

The impressive win move us to a century of goals in the league with only seven conceded so far to still remain top of the standings with 64points, ten points ahead of second place St. Monica, who defeated Royal Stars 5-1.

At the NTA College field, Alvin Ajik was the star of the day for our U14s as his hat-trick in the 2nd, 10th and 53rd minutes, as well as goals from Mafeng Sunday, Israel Davou, Soja Samuel and Destiny Lar gave our boys a 7-0 victory over Riverside U14s.

Our U14 boys still remain second on the log behind Relentless FA.
